I didn’t notice any real trouble with it. The only weird thing is that you have to really shorten up the brace that usually rests closer to your diaphragm. I found it more comfortable, when sitting, to put it up pretty high – closer to my sternum. I think my posture was still better sitting down than it would have been with a normal strap. I haven’t played much sitting down with it with a bari but I did do it with a tenor and it was fine. I will check by this weekend and let you know what it feels like. One thing you definitely need to do is adjust the length of the bottom part to account for your lap bunching things up a little bit.

I’m playing multiple Big Band gigs on Bari and the back pain is getting pretty bad. I’ve been thinking about getting this but I’ve heard this harness is pretty awkward while sitting down and playing to the side. I was wondering your opinion on that was.
